So, I found out that Chiqui Park is basically like Tube Town (just a lot cooler). There weren't so many tubes to crawl around in, so I didn't hurt my knees. It was a like a 3 story jungle gym with tons of padding all around, two big slides, and a giant ball pit in the middle. And the best part was that we got to play in there with the kids!!!! Some of the kids threw the ball really really really hard, but luckily I was not one of the stupid counselors who incited their wrath. I hung back for the most part. Although, my boss' boss (my PC) did hit me right in the eye with a ball. That stung like no other. But I survived (and I definitely got him back!!! muhahahaha). There were a lot of injuries there, and I had to break a bunch of cold packs (except I can never do it right so they never get all the way cold).
Tomorrow is a normal camp day, and we leave at 5:30 like usual, except at 6 we have to be at the festival to work. It's the fourth of july festival, and I think I am working at every booth because I am one of the people that gives other people breaks. The festival lasts till 10, but we apparently have to work till midnight because we need to "clean up". It worries me just a little when they think it's going to take 2 hours to clean up.... ARG. I hope I can stay awake tomorrow. Maybe I should go to bed early tonight.... psssshhhh, yeah right!
I'm glad the kids liked your fabulously sparkly Fourth of July hat!! :D I hope you know how much I enjoy reading about all of the craziness and fun you're having and also how much I miss you!
